I've had a great experience so far with Metro Storage, J.P. was a great help in signing me up and answering my questions, and Natalie was just as friendly and helpful. Both are very pleasant people and very knowledgeable about the space, and they will happily go the extra mile to address any concerns you have. The property managers are very accommodating. They explained every detail very well. One even stayed late on a Friday to help us. He showed us an immaculate storage space for us to lease. We were able to set up our space and keep on schedule because of his proficiency. Great prices too. When we were done with needing one of our storage units, the close-out process was easy with no surprise charges. We're very happy that we chose this place to help us with our long term relocation process. I recommend this place to anyone I know that is needing customized storage.

She provided us with a thorough tour of the facility so we could view all available units. She then went above and beyond to find us the exact unit we were looking for. I recommend this storage.

New facility, helpful staff, and currently running a promotion on 1st 2 months rental fees. Carts are provided and there is 1 indoor unloading doc. Facility is climate controlled and bathrooms are available. They also sell packing/ moving supplies. The doors use a cylinder lock, which they sell - a typical padlock will not work. I highly recommend.
