My second Metro Self Storage experience, and my second storage experience at all. How may I put it? It seems nice for the price. The convenience of the Metro Self Storage in Mound Minnesota is double the price for a smaller storage, and I think worth it over the Bloomington Minnesota experience thus far. The difference with Mound seemed to be mainly adequate access directly to the building, which shouldn’t be a problem with a unit you can drive up to which Bloomington has, Mound has only indoor units which also has big free carts to use, and is 24/7 accessable unlike Bloomington, all climate controlled. Location became the deciding factor for me, half the price for a larger unit just landslides the reason I changed from Mound to Bloomington’s.

I am especially pleased with the employees over the years. They have always given me good service and have kept in communication with me. This is particularly true of Mr. Aaron Crosby.
