Suzanne has been there for 10+ years now and she hasn’t lost her touch. If anything, she’s gotten better and better every time I come in. My sister and I just spent a week at her large storage unit going through our late mama’s belongings, and we were amazed and delighted to find everything in excellent condition after all these years. Suzanne, who has helped us for years, makes Metro Self Storage feel like coming home. She is always welcoming and happy to see us; she goes above and beyond in helping us find solutions to our storage needs, and she even brought us ice water and encouragement throughout the week as our schedule required us to work in the Texas summer heat. My mama saved everything, and going through our childhood and history was both beautiful and challenging. Ms.Suzanne and Angela are 2 of the most sweetest storage agents I’ve EVER encountered. They exemplify what Customer Service “should” look like. Every time I call to make my payment, they are so warm and gracious… AND understanding. (Each time I end the call, they make me feel like I just hung up from talking to a family member). I’ve been renting from Metro Storage a little over 4yrs now and I’m so happy I chose this Euless location to store my property.
