One, it has to be the cleanest business I have entered, but most importantly, the staff was customer-service oriented. I was overwhelmed when Garry, a handsome young man, recognized me as his second grade teacher. It made my day. He did his job exceptionally well, as did Jason. I have had a great experience at this location. Jason explained to me just how simple it was for me to empty the unit. Keep the door up and take the lock home with me. I thought it was gonna be a lot of work to get things canceled and I would be obligated for a period of time, but I was happy to leave there with , relief that I can get this closed and move on. I called Metro after having management issues with SROA. I am glad I called Metro as Jason answered and immediately put me at ease with his professional attitude and knowledge of the facility and giving me a complete rundown of the things, I could expect if I became a Metro Self Storage customer. I stopped by the facility in Chadds Ford, PA. I met Jason and was given a tour of the facility. After returning to the lobby, I was so impressed that I immediately rented the same size unit that I had with SROA and upon returning home set up a truck for the move from SROA to Metro. The best thing I could have done was to follow through with this as I am so impressed with the Metro facility and Jason that I wished I had done this when I saw the building completed. We reviewed pics of my stuff from my house’s Zillow listing and discussed my contents to determine best unit size for me. She helped me find a great unit at an affordable price. The facility is really impressive. Not only is it new and spotlessly clean, but you can access the building by driving up out front or even pulling into an enclosed area in the back. When we walked into MetroStorage, Chadds Ford, PA, it was a completely different experience. As soon as we entered the main office, we were pleasantly greeted by Amanda, Site Manager. Amanda began to ask thoughtful & purposeful questions about our specific storage plans. We were then escorted to view an available unit in the size for our needs. The storage unit itself was immaculate, well lit; & climate-controlled. We were sold! Amanda quickly completed the necessary paperwork & payment and had us on our way in less than 15 mins. I dealt with Amanda today and it was so pleasant. She helped me and got me a storage unit that was completely affordable and fit my needs perfectly. The facility is beautiful and the storage spaces are reasonable and I recommend this place to anybody who needs to put a few things away in storage

At 18 Westchester Pike, Chadd Ford, PA 19317. Metro self storage is the best way you can find a unit that fits your needs. The business associate is very helpful and informative as to your needs and will help in any way she can so you have peace of mind and confidence. Metro self storage is the cleanest an well maintained facility I have ever seen.

We were storing the contents of our home while waiting 10 months for our new home to be built. Amanda worked with us at the height of Covid in June 2020 for us to move in. Everything was a breeze! The units are clean, secure, and you will most likely always be the only one there when in the unloading bays. Never had a problem getting into the bays. Carts with wheels were incredibly helpful when unloading. Price is firm and never had an issue with my auto bill pay or any pricing increases out of the blue. We would absolutely go back to this beautiful building for future storage needs. Amanda is the best!!!!!!!! Edit: When Moving out, I called the office and got a voicemail. I let them know we were moved out and expected a call back. To my surprise, I got an email about an hour or two later saying we were checked out and good to go. Amanda gave me another call later that night to confirm also, but the fact that they immediately took care of the moving out was so helpful.

Couldn’t be better, brand new facilities, reasonable prices, helpful staff. It even has music that turns on automatically as you enter the hallways!

I absolutely love METRO STORAGE FACILITY!!! I was very leary about leaving my belongings. My whole world ? in METRO ; other then our home. We took a tour with Amanda and I have to say she is fabulous! She took her time showing us the 3 levels of storage . She helped us decide on what size unit would work for us. Always a ,huge smile and laughter while we moved things in. There are cameras through out the building in and out. I feel safe coming anytime. I would have to say that THIS IS THE BEST PLACE to store your treasures! I’m a picky person, trust me it is the VERY BEST and CLEAN. ??? Kimberly and Geoffrey.
