Rented my unit online at the last minute. As soon as Shannan arrived she took care of all the confusion I created and couldn’t have been more helpful! She walked me to my locker replaced a “sticky” lock with a new one and made sure that I was satisfied and even did a few demos. I’m grateful she did because I wouldn’t have figured it out t when I came back that evening. The whole process was seamless! Every trip back I made, as I unloaded more items, Shannan popped out of the office area to see if I needed anything and to make sure I had everything I needed and knew all the rules and the process for after hours entry and exit. What a smooth operation she ran! Can’t recommend her and Metro Storage enough.

The whole process was quick and easy, we had access to our brand new storage unit within 30 minutes! The units are climate controlled and accessible 24/7. When my parents came to help me move my stuff out of my storage unit, they commented on how clean and nice the storage unit was* Also, when I would come to get stuff out of my storage unit, I noticed the staff keeping the storage unit areas clean. I was always treated with kindness- the staff are very friendly/helpful! I also got a great rate for the time I used my storage unit.

Ive literally been shopping for the tight storage place for over a week now. I hate dealing with this. Today, i went over to metro in wall and met shannon and danny and i have to say im extremely happy with the way everything worked out. Its raining horribly outside and they have an indoor loading area which was a blessing. I dont know what it takes to run a great storage facilty but this place has it down pat as far as im concerned. Its extremely clean and theres no smells whatsoever. Glad i chose this place.
