Natalie helped us facilitate a smooth transition from our packing day (because only then did we know how much we’d need to store), to acquiring a space that is the perfect size and in beautiful condition. The place is right off Rt. 22, but we come in from Hillside Ave. because it is so conveniently located to our new apartment in Springfield, NJ. The place is so clean, and the infrastructure operates perfectly. All the doors, from the automated garage doors at the code protected loading bays to the roller door on our storage space, open like they were installed yesterday. Natalie had quck answers to all our questions, and we had keys in our hands just when we needed it. It’s a breeze, ever now, to drop by and get something we didn’t think we’d need, or drop off something we discover we don’t, on a daily basis. What a relief it was for us, in the middle of a complex move, to have this work out so easily.

Then they extended it past office hrs the next day as roadwork was being done in front of my home garage and I had to unload my car (to come back for my final carload) after I could get to my garage.

Courtesy, professionalism and yes some have went above and beyond if and situation was brought to their attention. The place is quite clean, easy accessible and well lit location, and again with high customer service experiences.
