Ardiswas incredibly helpful! She was in the process of cleaning out a storage unit and came to the assistance of another client wanting to check out of their unit when I was standing in line to inquire about a unit. Multiple people arrived and while working on the computer still had time to greet them and tell them she would be with them as soon as possible. She was very good with customer service and with knowing what to do with the units themselves and has a handle on availability of unit sizes. She is a fantastic employee as far as I’m concerned. I rented the unit specifically because of her knowledge!! Thanks Ardis!

I wholeheartedly recommend this storage facility. I have been a customer for the last 2 years and most recently moved to a larger unit. Ardis was amazing to work with! She made the transition effortless. The building is clean and well lit. They have rolling carts that make the transporting of items so easy. I never worry about anything I store in my unit.

I needed to store my kayak in a pinch and Metro Storage in Mound was able to deliver! From my first call to reviewing options in person and signing a rental agreement, my experiences with Jake and Ardis were great. They both took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure I understood the rental and requirements. Onsite Ardis literally walked me through spaces I asked about and even suggested one I didn’t realize existed. Much appreciated as I ended up using the space she suggested. It was the end of the office day, but Ardis didn’t rush me. She was very thorough, professional, positive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process worry free and easy. I recommend this location! Plus, they sell great locks for the units!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself in an immediate need for storage. Steve was great from start to finish… he helped me with all of the paperwork and gave me a tour of the site I would be leasing and I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very first minute. Not living in Minnesota, and having to help a family member with moving and storage could have been a stressful situation, but it was not. Steve gets 10 stars! He answered all of my questions over the phone before my trip and once I arrived in Mound he made the leasing process super easy. He took the stress out of finding a storage facility.
