We’ve had a storage unit there over 10 years. Every time we had a difficulty with our unit, the personnel always gave us excellent assistance. Once, there was a break in at the facility. Our lock was cut and some of our boxes were opened and contents were disarrayed. They called us to tell us what happened and that they had already put on a new more secure lock. More recently our lock was frozen due to our not visiting our unit for several years. We had excellent advice from Scott about a new lock. He had to call an expert to cut off the old lock. The new lock was installed. Scott was very helpful and kind to us about this whole thing! He called me when he noticed that I hadn’t increased my monthly payment when there was an increase in the rental insurance.
