Some repairs and improvements needed on the tooled up doors. May be a small awning on the top so when it’s rainy your stuff wouldn’t get soaked. The lock part is kind of rusty and hard to maneuver. A coffee station would be good. But the storage itself and the staff are great. Very accommodating and friendly. I stop in the office and explain the issue to Joe, who jumped up to take a look right away but I knew I wouldn’t make it back on time. I have always felt confident that my belongings are secure but when I had a relative check my belongings after some severe storms and area flooding, I was so happy to hear that my items were still bone dry, no mildew, no bad smells, same as the day I put them in there. Amazing for a reasonably priced, outside storage unit!! Recently I had the pleasure of working with Joe, one of the agents, he is a shining example of the excellent service I have received here. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional as he helped me to make some changes on my account. The gentleman (Joe) called me to follow up after an initial inquiry I made earlier. There was no hard sell or uncomfortable pushiness. Just a genuine effort to get the job done right. He spent time w/ me explaining everything about the different locations. I wound up going in to see them because he was willing to take the time to make sure I understood everything. Joe was so polite & professional. I will remember this experience & make sure that if I ever find a need for storage again in the future I will start my search @ Metro.
