I went there today was both surprised and impressed with the level of service that I received. Craig was being trained and Sandra was doing an excellent job of teaching and encouraging him. If he adapts to her instruction and attitude he will also be a credit to the organization. Sandra was professional, efficient and thorough. The process was made simple and was completed quickly. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage facility

I came in with some concerns and questions regarding my storage unit and he was able to help me get a better unit for my stuff with no hesitation and offered plenty of support throughout our conversation. Scott mention he doesn’t usually work at this store, but he was filling in for someone. For this not being his store, Scott truly embodied great customer service and care and I was super appreciative Scott was in on the day I walked in
