I just have one word for Metro Self Storage of Lawrenceville, which is “OUTSTANDING!” To go into detail, the leasing process from beginning to end was fast, informative and accommodating. The staff are friendly and professional and they have done everything to make sure I feel safe on the property along with my precious items. Me and my wife spoke with Daryl from Metro Self Storage in mid March to rent two Storage units. Daryl was working from the Metro Self Storage in Douglasville at that time. Daryl quoted us on two inside units, a 10x 20 and a 10×25 for 75% off for the first two months. We visited the office to pay for two units. The 10x 20 unit, we realize a large item of ours would not fit through the single door. A change had to be made. Therefore we rented an out door unit with a promotion of 50% off for two months. However, there were some issues with the bill payment for April. We got in contact with Daryl. He was very professional, courteous, and understanding. He rectified the problem in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Metro Self Storage for all your rental needs not only because our problem was solved. The professionalism of Daryl is outstanding. He went that extra mile to resolved this issue. Also the acess to the storage area is large, neat and well maintained. Update- 3rd time around…when customers are valued, it’s evidence that they continue to patronize the business. I had a household move that required lots of storage and lots of help. Daryl once again was amazing in getting me units that were right next to each other and helping me to navigate getting in and out of there quickly to minimize my already stretched expenses. A major plus that I consider a testament to his leadership was that an employee Ro this time around was just like Daryl which was different from my previous experience (she was relatively new back then). She has clearly been coached and guided. I am thankful and grateful that these two were placed in my path which has been a little rough, and made it smoother. 2nd time around for different reasons. I thought the office was opened on Sunday and found that it wasn’t. No fret!! I booked online and was able to complete the booking, pay and access my storage immediately. My unit was super clean and had a nice brochure and key in it when I opened it. Such a cool and smooth transaction. Shortly thereafter of course the SuperMan manager Daryl reached out to see how things were going and to thank me. No place better!

I liked the property, its very clean and kept presentable for its customers. There was an approval process that was supposed to be handled before I can sign the lease. After reading tons of reviews and googling “near me” I finally went in today and met Darryl. I needed a storage unit for my stuff and my parent’s stuff. We decided last minute to get storage for our tools for work. Darryl was so helpful – he didn’t have the size we wanted but let us know one would be available the next day. Then he called just as I had gotten home to let us know that the unit was available. He walked me through the online rental but ended up doing everything over the phone – after he was supposed to be off – doing everything so we could move our stuff in (and return the rental truck) – he went way above and beyond for us. Literally the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Thanks Darryl!
