Spoke with Fernando over the phone near closing. Hopped on the website and within 5 minutes or so I had my rental and everything setup! They have an after hours box for ease of access and multiple storage options for your use. The facility is clean and climate controlled. They have a restroom and it’s clean! I find myself coming here to drop off items at all times of the day!

The two young ladies at Metro storage is awesome! This is my first time renting a storage and they made it so easy. Their customer service is impeccable. The facility is always clean. I have seen a couple of dead water bugs but im Ga you cant help but to see one or two. They fimd a way to get in. At least they were dead? I would reccomend this faciliy located on Floyd Road to anyone. Now they dont play when it comes to collecting there momey. I was a few days later and they kindly sent me an email reminding me of my contract and l didnt have access insode of the facility. PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME??You will get locked out. I havent had a lock placed on my storage because I went right away and paid it. I was out of town so now I will create an account online. I enjjoy talking with the ladies but ummm..Long story short if it was 10 stars I would give it.

I’ve used this storage place twice and every time I have a great experience. The people who work there are friendly and very professional, there are quick and flexible to all of your storage needs. Also the price is great for a climate control storage. I would definitely use this facility again and I’ve already recommended them to a few of my friend, family and co-workers.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I would never recommend this storage facility. I had my belongings in a unit here for 5 months starting in July of 2023. I didn’t go back to check on my items until this January cause this storage seemed pretty secure. When I entered my unit, I noticed quite a few boxes were missing. My furniture and boxes that remained were rearranged to make it seem like my unit was still full. The only thing that I was told by management is someone must have gotten my key, which no one did, and then they would have to figure out the code to get in the building and then pick my unit out, and feel very comfortable in taking their time going through my belongings. I filed a police report. But somethings that were taken can never be replaced! I asked for someone to review the cameras showing this months activities. But nobody cares! I have since moved my belongings to another Storage company. I was blown off by Metro Self Storage, which is disheartening! This was no outside job and I don’t believe I am the only customer this has happened to either. However, it’s hard to prove especially when no one cares. Just because a building is secure doesn’t mean that all people who work there are honest and trustworthy. If you must store here please take pictures of your unit after you move everything in and check on your belongings often, VERY OFTEN. But the best thing for you to do is RUN, DON’T WALK, RUN TO ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY!!!

Customer service was awful very short attitude did not greet me, I have rented a unit back in July paid and I informed the clerk that was not moving in until August 26 at that point she should have informed me that you would still have to pay for the entire month weather I was moving in or not, as I questioned her about it she had a really bad attitude with me. I have worked in customer service over 25 yrs and she did not set the example at all. Had I not payed a moving company to deliver my furniture her I would have left. But I will be finding another facility to relocate my items and maybe she need to work behind the scenes
