Not only were they quick to respond and reasonably priced, they also went out of their way to contact me when they did a routine walk through and called me to let me know I did not lock my storage unit properly. We tried to purchase another through the kiosk because our car was full of stuff to move but the kiosk was also out of locks. So we had to go back and unpack everything. Prices have continually been going up since we started using them and we store our products in there and have had to close our Amazon store all week because of this costing us thousands of dollars. We will be looking for a new storage facility after this. There are employees there and power but no access to our property ???
