Great storage company and location. As someone who rents for our business all over Florida and the USA this place is top notch. Great and helpful, friendly staff, great rates, a lot of different and large unit sizes and clean well maintained units. This place also is big with a lot of room to drive trucks in. There is a lot of extra room to get around buildings when driving and easy to access. Highly recommend and will be back!

Secondly, upon arriving to the site office the reception from Shawanda and Linsey was warm and professional which is rarely seen these days. Shawanda informative and efficient answering my questions and processing a couple of requirements that I forgot to do. Lastly, the office was spotless and well as the property and storage unit. I cannot say enough nice things about Dane at Metro. Every time I walk in he has a huge smile on his face and is happy to help with anything I need. I’ve been in a few storage units but nobody goes above and beyond like Dane. We left our Dolly at Metro and by the time we got back Dane was locking up. I store my motorcycle here and am unable to place the battery on my tender, so every so often I have to run it to charge the battery. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Their customer service was second to none in helping us to secure a place for our camper, after we discovered that the mobile home park we were moving to had no spaces available. They were most helpful in helping us to complete the online paperwork and were friendly and courteous throughout the whole process!

I rented an outdoor parking space to store my jet ski while visiting Florida for the winter months. I was very pleased with the facility. It feels very secure, it’s well lighted and there are a number of other expensive boats being stored there. They also have a hose for washing the salt water off and doing a fresh water engine flush. Very convenient. I was staying on Sanibel Island and it was an easy 17 minutes drive to pick up my jet ski. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this Metro Storage facility.
