The manager, Laurie, might just be the nicest woman in the entire storage rental industry. After having horrific experiences over the years with Public Storage, and a couple local “mom and pop” outfits, and being somewhat desperate to acquire a fair amount of storage space immediately, I was braced for anything from rude to insane, and was as pleasantly surprised as one could possibly be. She was cordial, attentive, and empathetic, without coming across as anything but genuinely interested in helping her clientele. A true throwback to the days of actual service extended to customers. In the very rough seas in which my life has been listing since the loss of my parents, meeting Laurie and engaging her company for business has been a little bit of smooth sailing, and not a moment too soon. I look forward to seeing her and a great relationship with Metro Storage. Oh, the 75% off the first two months certainly did not hurt the negotiation, at all.Highly recommend.

I have used a few different storage facilities in the past, from small individually owned locations to the nationwide big name ones and I have never had a better experience than the one that Lore gave me today at Metro Self Storage. She singlehandedly turned a stressful situation I was having regarding storing some of my items into, “no problem, we got this.” She made the paperwork super easy and guided me through everything and even knew exactly what type of unit I would need for what I had. It is a very clean and well maintained facility with plenty of space and very accessible. It even has elevator access. Still, the highlight of doing business at Metro Self Storage is Lore. She is so kind and accommodating and would go above and beyond for her customers and she did for me. Instantly turned my bad day into a great day and I am so thankful that she is the property manager at Metro Self Storage. Some of the other local storages could really learn a thing or two about how to deal with people and their property in the storage unit business. She could honestly probably teach any business and any employee a thing or two about customer service and I’m sure that no matter what she did she would excel at it. Metro Self Storage is lucky to have her and the Town & country community is lucky as well. Thanks for everything Lore! KR

I walked in not even sure exactly of what I needed but thankfully Ms Lore was so kind and walked me thru the whole process and even showed me a couple of options before choosing what worked best for me.
