We recently sold our home and will be renting for a year or so. Made an appointment to see some options at Metro Self Storage in Newtown. The location is in a nice area and convenient. The facility is spotless. The on site Manager, Pat, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He gave us a full tour and we rented a unit on the spot. The paperwork only took about 10 minutes and we were on our way. I would highly recommend them.

My wife found Metro and Pat facilitated getting us everything that we needed to handle it. The facility is impeccable and the grounds are maintained beautifully, and it’s quiet and secluded in spite of being yards from the Newtown Bypass. You can hear the birds! We had a wonderful experience with Metro Storage in Newtown. What we thought would be a short term storage rental ended up being well over a year due to construction delays. We always had access to our unit to add and retrieve items needed as the seasons changed. The property is well maintained and we were contacted by Pat personally when during a hectic visit we unknowingly dropped one of our keys and he was able to determine it was ours and held it in the office for us to pick up. The staff was always available for any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Metro.

Pat has always been super patient and transparent. He’s made recommendations that have helped us save money or time. I’ve read some bad reviews about Metro at other locations. This is our first time using a storage facility and Pat really helped us feel calm and secure that our belongings will be stored safely. He also recommended a few moving companies that helped us avoid the daunting, vast internet search. I highly recommend this storage facility. They have temperature controlled units, drive up, everything you need. Also, the reservation process was easy. If we ever had questions, I felt comfortable to call the facility and be guaranteed to speak with someone directly.
